Sunday ‘Femi Olapade is a seasoned estate surveyor and a consultant at Messrs Pade Consulting. He holds a Second Class Upper Division degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (formerly the University of Ife). He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Sunday heads the Valuation and Investment Analysis division at Pade Consulting. His career began at Messrs Biodun Olapade and Company, a prominent firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers based in Lagos. During his tenure there, he held several strategic roles, including Head of Valuation at the head office and, later, Branch Manager of the Lagos Island office, where he oversaw valuation services across the firm.
His deep understanding of Nigeria’s real estate market and his hands-on experience across various regions have significantly shaped his professional approach. He has conducted assignments across the length and breadth of the country, demonstrating both leadership and technical expertise in the field.
Sunday joined Pade Consulting in November 2009, and has remained a core partner ever since, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation through his commitment to excellence and industry knowledge.
Ayodele Olayemi; B.Sc.(Est. Mgt)
Ayo Olayemi is a consultant at Messrs Pade Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He has over ten years of practical experience in the real estate industry, which began with his role at Imperial Homes Ltd—a fully integrated real estate development company.
After spending more than two years at Imperial Homes, Ayo moved on to join Resource Realtor Services, a property firm specializing in real estate marketing, management, and consultancy services.
With over fourteen years of active and successful professional practice, Ayo brings a wealth of real estate market experience to the firm. As a Partner, he has been fully involved in the day-to-day running of the firm and has consistently participated in all valuation assignments since inception.
